As an activity, it carries out the management of the organizational political function. Thus, <strong>Public Relations<\/strong> is the administration of the function\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pt.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pol%C3%ADtica\">politics<\/a>, from\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pt.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Comunica%C3%A7%C3%A3o_social\">communication<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pt.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Conflito\">conflict<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Its exercise requires planned action supported by research, systematic communication and programmed participation with the aim of increasing understanding, solidarity and collaboration between an entity and its stakeholders. <em>stakeholders<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Public Relations is responsible for promoting reciprocal development between organizations and the communities to which they belong. All businesses need a good reputation to succeed and prosper.<\/p>\n<p>As a company grows, it becomes more and more prominent in the community in which it operates. And while this depends on a number of factors, such as quality and reliability, Public Relations is one of the pillars for developing and cementing a company's reputation, allowing it to communicate its brand and values widely and creating narratives around its products and services.<\/p>\n<p>Well-done PR work allows the public to understand what a company or organization is and what it has to offer.<\/p>\n<div class=\"et_pb_column et_pb_column_3_4 et_pb_column_9 et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough et-last-child\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_text et_pb_text_8 text-drt et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\">\n<p>Acting as a guarantee of an increased degree of notoriety and the construction of messages that clearly set out the vision, values and positioning, the <a href=\"https:\/\/old.say-u.pt\/en\/we-do\/\">SayU<\/a> gives the organization a voice with communication marketing to maintain and increase its reputation.<\/p>\n<p>The different types of media and their respective platforms are communication tools par excellence in a multidisciplinary strategy based on complementary approaches.
